Tekgence Inc. is seeking a Dynamics CRM Tech Lead/Architect to drive solution design and delivery from Malvern, PA. You’ll lead CRM initiatives across Sales and Services with emphasis on data modeling, integrations, and cloud/on-premise patterns. Strong expertise in Dataverse, Power Platform, and ALM is required.

The role involves architecting solutions, developing plugins and workflows, and guiding teams through deployments in an agile environment. On-site requirements in Malvern are expected.

Qualifications

• Hands-on implementation/consulting in Dynamics CRM Online with on-premise integrations.
• Strong expertise in Dataverse and Power Platform tools.
• Experience designing data models, migrations and CRM integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design for Dynamics CRM across Sales/Service modules.

Job Title: Dynamics CRM Tech Lead/Architect

Work Location: Malvern PA-Onsite

ROLE_DESCRIPTION -

Relevant Experience (Yrs) IT Professional with career reflecting strong qualifications with hands-on Implementation/Consulting & Development in Dynamics CRM Online (Preferable) with integrations with other cloud systems, on premise systems using various integration patterns like App based/ISV Solution, ETL, Batch jobs or API based.

Technical/Functional Skills

• CRM Functional understanding in various domains. Well experienced in Sales and Services Module. Knows Dataverse entity model well.
• Deep expertise around CRM tech areas like Dataverse, Power Platform tools like power automate/apps
  • Power Automate and Connector – Previous experience on Workflow tools esp. Power Automate
  • o Ability to design & develop plugins, JS, power automate
  • Ability to data model in CRM based on requirements
  • Power Automate and Connector – Previous experience on Workflow tools esp. Power Automate
• Should have worked on Solution that involve integrations using various patterns
• Should have worked on or designed Data Migration to & from CRM in large setup using approved tools like Data Factory/Synapse or Fabric
• Worked in Solution deployments, ALM and CRM Solutions
• Troubleshooting & solution achiever for the application development issues with team collaboration
• Worked on Reports OOB, Dashboard and Power BI
• Worked or knowledge on data platform linked to CRM like Fabric or Synapse
• Worked on Copilot within D365 and M365 and Copilot studio/Azure AI foundry and developed agents and/or chatbots using Copilot Studio
• Worked in Microsoft Dynamics CRM preferably Online. Involved in various project activities like

  • Solution Design – Focused on Data /Integrations design
• Knowledge about Azure Components and AZ 900 certification is preferred.
• Able to work in agile delivery model & stakeholder management.
• Create design by interacting with client stakeholders.
• Able to provide solutions to the CRM requirements in tight time schedule
• Conduct CRM solution approach workshops to the stakeholders
• Manage CRM environments for testing, UAT and production.
