Job summary

Crowe seeks a hands-on Technical Architect specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Applications to design scalable enterprise solutions and lead technical delivery across the engagement lifecycle.

You will work across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure, and DevOps, guiding clients and delivery teams while designing integrations and ensuring robust security and governance.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience designing and delivering enterprise apps with Microsoft tech.
• 4+ years hands-on Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations/AX, Customer Engagement, Dataverse, or similar.
• Technical leadership on at least two full-cycle Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Experience with Power Platform, Dataverse, REST/OData APIs, Azure integration services, and ALM.

Responsibilities

• Design architecture across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure.
• Lead technical delivery from discovery to go-live and hypercare.
• Design integrations using APIs, Dataverse, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management.
• Build prototypes, review code, and troubleshoot deployments and security.
• Establish engineering and ALM standards including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Translate architecture into actionable developer requirements and manage risks.
• Support Copilot, Power Platform automation, and AI-enabled solutions with governance.
• Lead client technical discussions, architecture workshops, and demonstrations.
• Mentor developers and consultants and assist with estimates and delivery planning.
