Job summary

Crowe is actively seeking a Technical Architect to design and deliver enterprise Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. You will work across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure, and DevOps, guiding technical delivery while remaining involved in coding, prototyping, and integration work.

The role emphasizes a builder mindset, strong delivery ownership, and ongoing learning as the Microsoft Business Applications platform evolves. Excellent client collaboration is required.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of enterprise app design and delivery using Microsoft technologies.
• 4+ years hands-on with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations/AX, Customer Engagement, Dataverse, or related apps.
• Technical leadership on at least two full-cycle Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Recent hands-on with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and related tools.
• Strong knowledge of D365 F&O extensibility: X++, data entities, DMF, security, env management.

Responsibilities

• Design architecture across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure.
• Lead technical delivery from discovery through go-live and hypercare.
• Design and implement integrations using APIs, Dataverse, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus.
• Build prototypes, review code, and troubleshoot across deployment and security domains.
• Establish engineering and ALM standards including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Translate architecture into actionable developer requirements and manage risks.
• Support Copilot, AI-enabled solutions with security/governance.
• Lead client technical discussions, architecture workshops, and demos.
• Support proposals, estimates, and delivery planning; mentor developers.
