Job summary

Crowe is seeking an experienced Technical Architect to design and deliver enterprise Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. You will engage with clients, lead architecture workshops, and drive technical delivery across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure, and DevOps.

This hands‑on role requires staying close to technology while guiding teams and managing delivery quality. You will build scalable architectures, review code, and implement integrations, with a strong focus on security,

Qualifications

7-10 years of experience designing and delivering enterprise apps using Microsoft technologies.
4+ years hands-on with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations/AX, Customer Engagement, Dataverse, or related apps.
Technical leadership on at least two full-cycle Dynamics 365 implementations.
Recent hands-on experience with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and related tools.
Strong knowledge of D365 F&O extensibility, including X++, data entities, security, and environment management.
Experience with REST/OData APIs, Azure integration services, and ALM.
Experience with source control, CI/CD, automated deployments, code reviews, and testing.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and client communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

Responsibilities

Design architecture across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure.
Lead technical delivery from discovery through go-live and hypercare.
Design and implement integrations using APIs, Dataverse, and Azure services.
Build prototypes, review code, and troubleshoot architecture and deployment issues.
Establish engineering and ALM standards including CI/CD and automated testing.
Translate architecture into actionable requirements for developers and consultants.
Support Copilot, Power Platform, AI-enabled solutions with governance.
Lead client technical discussions, architecture workshops, and deep dives.
Support proposals, estimates, and delivery planning; mentor developers.
