Job summary

Crowe is seeking a hands-on Technical Architect specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Applications. This client-facing, individual-contributor role is ideal for an architect who enjoys designing solutions while remaining actively involved in technical delivery.

You'll work across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure, and DevOps, partnering with clients and delivery teams to design, build, troubleshoot, and implement scalable enterprise solutions.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience designing and delivering enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies.
• 4+ years hands‑on with Dynamics 365 F&O/AX, Customer Engagement, Dataverse, or related apps.
• Technical leadership on at least two full‑cycle Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Recent hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and related tooling.
• Strong knowledge of D365 F&O extensibility, including X++, data entities, and environment management.
• Experience with Power Platform, Dataverse, REST/OData APIs, and Azure integration services.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Design app, integration, data, security, and environment architecture across D365, Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure.
• Lead technical delivery from discovery through go‑live and hypercare.
• Design and implement integrations using APIs and related technologies.
• Build prototypes, review code, and troubleshoot delivery issues.
• Establish engineering standards, CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, and deployment practices.
• Translate architecture into actionable requirements for developers, identifying risks and dependencies.
• Support Copilot, Power Platform, automation, and AI solutions with governance.
• Lead client technical discussions, architecture workshops, demos, and deep dives.
• Support proposals, estimates, and delivery planning while mentoring teams.
