Job summary

isolved seeks a Dynamics Administrator to execute process updates, deploy new solution designs for Dynamics 365, and serve as SME across the Dynamics ecosystem. You will write tests, validate designs, and extend capabilities with new entities, forms, and reports.

The role involves collaborating with functional teams, documenting processes, and mentoring others on best practices while contributing to the technology roadmap for the Dynamics platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Dynamics experience in customer support.
• Experience with Dynamics architecture and custom workflows.
• Experience with Power Apps Platform and Flow.
• Functional and/or Technical Certifications as deemed appropriate.
• Third party integration experience.
• Understanding of ERP best practices.
• Experience building Dynamics automations.
• Advanced Excel skills (data functions, pivot tables).
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy solution designs for Dynamics 365 according to project timelines.
• Write test plans and perform validation tests for releases and customizations.
• Collaborate with business/technical teams to define configurations and support.
• Serve as SME for Dynamics including requirements, upgrades, and best practices.
• Document design specifications, test plans, and admin guides for Dynamics 365.
• Train teammates on Dynamics 365 best practices and processes.
• Respond to incidents and troubleshoot production issues methodically.
