Job summary

Confidential in Greater Pittsburgh, PA is seeking an ERP Systems Specialist / Architect (Dynamics 365) to partner with stakeholders and translate business needs into effective Dynamics 365 solutions. Hybrid work: 3+ days in office, with responsibilities spanning administration, upgrades, integrations, reporting, and change management.

The role emphasizes platform health, security, and performance, along with documentation, testing, and end-user training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Min. 2 years of professional experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
• Min. 2 years developing and modifying custom reports using Management Reporter, BI Cubes, SQL Server Report Builder, etc.
• Min. 2 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics Workflow.
• Working knowledge of relational databases and data integration tools.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
• At least 1 year of ERP modules experience (GL, AP, AR) in Dynamics 365 or other ERP.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system and technical design documentation.
• Dynamics 365 configuration and customization experience.
• Familiarity with service-center processes and support workflows.
• Knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Fixed Assets, or Inventory.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 including users, security roles, and entities.
• Maintain reliability, security, and performance of the Dynamics 365 environment.
• Coordinate testing activities and develop test strategies and plans.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform root-cause analysis and incident resolution.
• Configure workflows, dashboards, reports, and data fields per business needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase platform utilization.
• Build and maintain workflows and plugins within Dynamics 365.
• Create user-facing documentation and training materials.
• Respond to support requests and analyze enterprise application issues.
• Provide system training to users across the organization.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities, adapting to urgent issues.
• Document system configuration, procedures, and policies.
