Job summary

Arctic Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the complete project life cycle for implementation projects, ensuring client expectations are met. You will manage various Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects while building client relationships and leading a project team.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of complex project management experience, ideally in ERP or CRM implementations. The position requires strong leadership skills and expertise in project management methodologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in applied experience with complex project management.
• Proven capability to build and maintain relationships with business leaders.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire project life cycle for business application implementation.
• Manage concurrent small to large scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP projects.
• Ensure client expectations are met in terms of quality of product and service.
