Job summary

Martignetti Companies, a leading wine, beer, and spirits distributor in New England, seeks a Business Systems Analyst to support Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. The role connects business teams with IT, translating needs into clear requirements, testing plans, and production-ready processes.

You will collaborate with business departments, IT, vendors, and stakeholders, with occasional after-hours work to support testing, upgrades, cutovers, deployments, or critical needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business teams to understand processes and requirements.
• Document business requirements, workflows, risks, decisions, and action items.
• Support Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations across functional areas.
• Assist go-live readiness by tracking priorities, testing, and day-one needs.
• Create and maintain project trackers, test plans, configuration notes, runbooks, and user guides.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and data validation.
• Support configuration, deployment, cutover, and post-go-live activities with IT and vendors.
