Job summary

Merit Brass Company is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Analyst to bridge business needs and IT delivery. You will gather requirements, document functional specs, and support implementations across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and CRM modules.

Collaborating with developers and external partners, you will drive user adoption, ensure governance, and deliver scalable, well‑documented solutions aligned with ERP processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand processes, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and interviews.
• Provide technical support to users regarding network access and usage.
• Document business requirements, functional specifications, process flow current state and future state, and gap analyses.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional requirements for Dynamics 365 solutions.
