Job summary

Ledgent Technology seeks an ERP Applications Manager to own the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You will serve as the primary liaison among Finance, IT, and business units, driving process improvements across AP, AR, GL, and inventory.

The role emphasizes Power BI reporting, Power Platform automation, and governance of ERP projects with internal teams and external consultants.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Dynamics NAV and/or Dynamics 365 BC experience.
• Strong ERP administration background with BC.
• Deep knowledge of Finance and Accounting processes (AP, AR, GL).

Responsibilities

• Own the administration and optimization of the ERP environment.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Operations, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Service teams.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, UAT, release planning, training, and change management.
• Drive improvements in AP, AR, GL, purchasing, inventory, warehouse, and project accounting.
• Work with developers and consultants on customizations and integrations.
• Identify opportunities to automate using Power Platform.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for visibility.
