Job summary

Ambient Enterprises in Connecticut seeks a Dynamics 365 Project Manager to lead sprint delivery across CRM, Field Service, and Business Central ERP. You will own backlog refinement, write user stories with acceptance criteria, and partner with product management to ensure value-driven delivery and reliable metrics.

You bring 5+ years in PM/BA within ERP/CRM environments, strong Jira skills, and proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with at least one Dynamics 365 application.
• Proven Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
• Strong Jira proficiency and backlog management.
• Excellent business analysis, user story writing, and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Delivery Leadership: Own sprint delivery in Jira across CRM, Field Service, and Business Central ERP.
• Run Scrum ceremonies and keep Jira up-to-date; deliver status reports to stakeholders.
• Establish and monitor delivery metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Backlog Ownership: refine requirements, write complete user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Engage stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional teams across three Dynamics 365 apps.
