e-STORAGE is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Lead to own the CRM across North America. You will partner with internal teams and external consultants to design, govern, deliver, and support CRM solutions for sales operations, planning, and customer engagement.

You’ll manage projects, drive continuous improvement, and act as the long-term platform owner post go-live. Responsibilities include leading end-to-end delivery, aligning stakeholders, documenting requirements, and guiding

Qualificações

• Educational background in Information Technology or related discipline.
• 5+ years post-graduate experience configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Experience leading at least one D365 CRM implementation project.
• 2+ years building CRM reports feeding Power BI or similar tools.
• Knowledge of data migration concepts including ETL/ELT and mapping.
• Experience building integrations via APIs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in CRM architecture, customization, data models, and agile testing.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the Solution Lead and SME for Dynamics 365 CRM across North America.
• Lead end-to-end CRM delivery with IT teams and consultants from discovery through go-live.
• Manage delivery to keep scope on schedule and budget.
• Build relationships with business and IT stakeholders to align priorities.
• Document requirements, flows, and future-state designs for sales operations.
• Guide solution architecture, data models, and migration strategies.
• Support testing strategies including unit/integration/UAT planning.
• Develop training materials and user documentation.
• Drive governance to ensure quality, scalability, and business alignment.
• Provide ongoing CRM support and prioritize enhancements and issues.
