Job summary

iTek People Inc is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Lead to drive requirement discovery, design, and no-code/low-code configuration across key business processes. You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, translating goals into scalable D365 solutions.

Responsibilities include leading FIT-GAP analyses, configuring Sales/Service/Field Service modules, building Power Automate flows, and ensuring successful SIT/UAT and cutover activities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
• Experience in at least 1-2 end-to-end full lifecycle D365 implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management, presentation, and functional documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement discovery and design for D365 CRM projects.
• Configure core D365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing).
• Build automated workflows with Power Automate and define business process flows (BPFs).
• Coordinate SIT/UAT and support cutover activities.
• Deliver end-user training and SOPs to drive platform adoption.
