Job summary

MasterApp Labs LLC in Richmond, VA is seeking a Dynamics 365 Technical Lead for a hybrid contract role. The candidate will lead D365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform initiatives, design and implement solutions, and guide governance for the platform.

Strong expertise in D365, .NET, C#, Azure, and DevOps in Power Platform is required. The role requires coordinating with IT and business units, delivering solution prototypes, and supporting after-hours work as needed.

Qualifications

Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Service modules.
Customization, configuration, development, deployment of Dynamics 365.
Experience with Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse.
Develop web components using .NET, SQL, Azure and C#.
Knowledge of licensing models for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

Responsibilities

Lead Dynamics 365 technical efforts across deployment, customization and integration.
Gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, design and implement solutions.
Develop new components using .NET, SQL, Azure, Power Platform and C#.
Troubleshoot Dynamics 365 issues and document solutions for IT teams.
Collaborate with IT and business units; provide governance for the platform.
