Job summary

Teknita LLC seeks an experienced Programmer proficient in Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform development. This hybrid role focuses on designing, developing, testing, and maintaining applications while ensuring quality and security compliance.

Responsibilities include building Dynamics 365 CS solutions, Power Apps/Pages/Portals, Power Automate workflows, and UI/UX mockups with JustInMind, plus stakeholder collaboration for requirements and testing.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years in systems analysis, design, and programming.
At least 3 years in lead roles.
4+ years hands-on with Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Pages, Power Apps, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Liquid, and Power Automate.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain applications within Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
Design and build Power Apps, Power Pages, Portals, and model-driven apps.
Develop workflows and automation using Power Automate.
Design UI/UX mockups and prototypes with JustInMind.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, test solutions, and support implementation.
