Job summary

Neptune Technology Group seeks a CRM Configuration Specialist to configure MS Dynamics 365 and Power Platform to support business objectives and enhance customer care. You will bridge users with the CRM, capturing requirements and delivering sound solutions through best practices.

You will handle system user administration, workflows, data quality, deployments, and cross-system integrations, while participating in agile ceremonies and providing end-user training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CRM/configuration experience.
• Strong analytical skills to translate tech and business ideas.
• Experience configuring workflows and plugins in Dynamics 365.
• Ability to work in agile teams and participate in ceremonies.
• Experience in end-user training and documentation.
• Collaborative, customer-focused within global teams.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize MS Dynamics 365 & Power Platform.
• Administer security roles and audit reviews.
• Support QA/UAT and end-to-end cross-team applications.
