Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Specialist to configure, customize, and extend our CRM ecosystem. You will implement plugins, workflows, and Power Automate flows, translating business needs into practical solutions while supporting integrations with MuleSoft and related enterprise systems.

You will collaborate with global teams across architecture, integration, and infrastructure, contributing to agile delivery and ongoing software quality.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Telecommunications, or related field; consider higher technical qualifications with practical experience.
• 1–3 years' professional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM including development, implementation, or support projects.
• Experience configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 CRM and implementing solutions independently within guidelines.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) for workflow automation.
• Programming skills in C# and JavaScript for CRM customizations, plugins, scripts, and business logic.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse and data management in CRM apps.
• Working knowledge of SQL Server and relational databases for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of REST APIs and integrations with external systems.
• Ability to analyze requirements and deliver practical, maintainable solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; proactive mindset.
• Ability to work in an international environment with distributed teams.
• Fluent Spanish and English at B2 level or above.

Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and enhance Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business requirements and guidelines.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, scripts, and extensions.
• Translate business needs into functional/technical solutions with hands-on delivery.
• Manage CRM entities, forms, views, and business rules to improve usability.
• Design and maintain Power Automate workflows and Power Apps support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across CRM initiatives and deliver continuous improvements.
• Support integrations between Dynamics 365 and enterprise systems (e.g., MuleSoft).
• Assist with defining integration interfaces, testing, and incident investigation.
• Analyze Level 2 incidents and perform root-cause investigations and maintenance.
• Participate in deployments, testing, and validation across environments.
• Prepare technical documentation of configurations, solutions, and integrations.
• Contribute to Scrum ceremonies and Agile delivery processes.
• Provide user support with a customer-focused approach.
