Job summary
Western Computer Inc. is seeking a CE Technical Architect to lead design and delivery of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform solutions for enterprise clients.
You will guide solution architecture, oversee development, and drive integration strategy across Sales, Service, Field Service, and Marketing areas. You will also shape deployment standards, leverage ALM practices, and work closely with stakeholders, presales, and project teams to ensure scalable, secure, and high‑quality
Qualifications
- 5+ years implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
- Deep expertise with Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and Dataverse.
- Experience designing enterprise integrations and ALM using modern DevOps practices.
- Strong client-facing consulting, communication, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and deploy Dynamics 365 CE solutions across Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing/Insights.
- Architect and oversee CE integrations with ERP and external systems; manage Dual-write when applicable.
- Lead technical discovery, workshops, fit-gap analyses, and solution design engagements.
- Develop CE components (C# plugins, workflows, JavaScript, APIs) and Power Automate flows; govern Power Platform deployments.
