Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in a computer field and two years of software experience, or equivalent.
• Two years of software experience in design, programming, debugging, maintenance, and related areas.
• Masters may substitute for one year of experience; a strong emphasis on project leadership is noted.

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural leadership for the enterprise CRM ecosystem including Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Define and govern integration patterns between CRM and internal/external systems.
• Establish end-to-end solution architecture covering data modeling and security.
• Guide CRM configurations and extensions implemented by the development team.
• Perform hands-on development for high-complexity components like plugins and integrations.
• Lead data governance across BA, AIMS, OLPS METS, FEMS, Licensing and other systems.
• Define architecture standards and DevOps pipeline design for CRM apps.
• Collaborate with DBAs, infrastructure, and cybersecurity teams for secure, performant solutions.
• Produce architectural documentation and reference models for long-term maintainability.
