Job summary

LATICRETE International in the United States seeks a Dynamics 365 Administrator to configure and optimize our CRM platform, with a focus on Sales, Service, Marketing and Customer Insights Journeys, and to support data visualization with Power BI.

You will collaborate with IT and business teams to gather requirements, automate workflows with Power Automate, maintain Dataverse data integrity, and train end users, while traveling up to 10% domestically.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Associate cert required; Expert preferred.
• Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate cert strongly preferred.
• 2+ years’ hands-on Dynamics 365 or Salesforce CRM experience.
• Strong CRM architecture, integration, and customization knowledge.
• Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
• Experience with Power BI and Dynamics 365 reporting.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Service, and Marketing (Customer Insights Journeys).
• Maintain Power Pages / Power Apps portals and dashboards.
• Customize entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards to meet business requirements.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Utilize Power Platform tools for system integration and automation.
• Support data integration between Dataverse and other enterprise systems.
• Assist BI team in developing PowerBI reports and dashboards.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into solutions.
• Maintain CRM change-management processes.
• Provide end-user training and documentation.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to align CRM with enterprise architecture.
