Pearson Carter Limited is seeking a Lead Dynamics 365 Business Central Engineer to drive the BC development function on a remote UK basis. You will shape technical strategy, mentor developers, and push innovative approaches in a hands-on role with a market-leading BC solution.

You’ll work with leadership to define best practices, enhance delivery standards, and leverage AI-driven development to accelerate delivery. Strong AL/Kanban practices and API integrations are essential.

• Deep understanding of Business Central finance processes.

An established Microsoft-focused software business is looking for a Lead Business Central Engineer to join its growing product development team. This is an opportunity for an experienced BC professional who enjoys staying hands-on while also influencing technical strategy, driving innovation, and supporting a team of talented developers.

Working closely with senior leadership, you'll play a key role in the ongoing development of a market-leading Business Central solution, helping to define best practices, improve delivery standards, and explore the use of AI-driven development approaches.
