Job summary

Med-El-Corporation seeks a CRM Functional Analyst to act as the primary business-facing advisor for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. You will partner with sales, marketing, care, and operations to improve processes, data quality, usability, and user adoption.

The ideal candidate combines strong business process analysis with hands-on Dynamics 365 experience, translating requirements into standard solutions and focusing on configuration rather than custom coding.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM, business systems analysis, functional support, or related areas.
Ability to facilitate workshops and lead discussions to drive process improvements.
Experience in medical device industry and change management is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, MIS, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to understand processes and recommend CRM solutions using Dynamics 365 best practices.
Analyze workflows and identify opportunities to streamline and standardize processes.
Document current and future-state processes and align stakeholders on proposed changes.
Configure and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM components (entities, forms, views, dashboards, workflows).
Monitor CRM adoption, data quality, and KPIs to measure business success.
Train and coach users on CRM functionality and best practices.
Develop user guides, training materials, and SOPs.
Create and execute testing plans for system updates and enhancements.
Troubleshoot CRM issues and provide ongoing functional support.
Communicate new system features, enhancements, and process updates across the organization.
