Job summary

Ulteig is seeking a CRM Business Analyst to connect business stakeholders with the D365 delivery team, define requirements, and map current and future processes. You will partner with teams across Sales, Marketing, Proposals, Project Management, and Finance to translate needs into clear requirements and support solution design.

The role emphasizes leading discovery, facilitating workshops, and ensuring traceability from design through post-release evaluation, while enabling Azure DevOps backlog

Qualifications

• Five+ years of business analysis experience with enterprise apps.
• At least two years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM.
• Experience leading stakeholder interviews and cross-functional workshops.
• Ability to turn ambiguous requests into structured requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication; independent, multi-priority capacity.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements and improve business processes across Sales, Marketing, Proposals, Project Management, Finance.
• Lead stakeholder interviews, discovery sessions, and process reviews.
• Translate discovery findings into functional and system requirements.
• Support Azure DevOps backlog development, testing, adoption, and release activities.
• Participate in post-release reviews and gather feedback.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and open questions early.
