Job summary

Wireless Vision is seeking a Retail Sales Representative in California to represent the T-Mobile brand and meet customers' wireless needs. You will work with the store team to achieve personal and company goals, delivering exceptional service and driving sales.

The role requires a minimum of 6 months in retail with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Training and team-based environment offered, with opportunities for growth within Wireless Vision.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of retail or customer-focused experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Professional, energetic, positive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communications.
• Must stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their needs; provide exceptional service.
• Exceed monthly revenue goals by acquiring new accounts and expanding existing ones.
• Assist with marketing efforts and outreach to solicit new business.
• Handle cash and perform transactions per policies.
• Maintain store appearance, back room, and work areas.
• Assist with activations, billing inquiries, and product sales.
