Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in retail or another customer-focused environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional, energetic and positive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible scheduling availability.
• Bilingual preferred in certain locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to greet customers, answer phones, and assess needs.
• Exceed monthly revenue goals by acquiring new accounts and expanding existing ones.
• Participate in marketing efforts to solicit new business and promote the brand.
• Assist with store operations including cash handling, inventory, and deposits.
• Complete accurate paperwork and transactions according to company policies.
• Maintain store appearance, back room, and work area to store standards.
• Assist with service activations, changes, bill payments, and upgrades.
