UPS is seeking a Seasonal supervisor to lead and develop workgroups focused on safety, production, and attendance. The role emphasizes high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, and organization while fostering collaboration across levels of the organization.

The successful candidate will train employees, ensure policy compliance, and drive continuous improvement while managing resources and maintaining a positive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures compliance with safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
