UPS seeks a Seasonal Supervisor to lead safety, production and attendance. You will supervise, train, develop, and maintain high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization and safety.

Build strong relationships across all levels of personnel. Responsibilities include facilitating training for new and current staff, enforcing safety policies, coordinating resources for maximum output, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 70 lbs/32 kgs and work flexible shift hours up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
