Job summary

UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a seasonal supervisor to oversee safety, production, and attendance within a warehouse environment. You will train staff, set high standards for productivity, accuracy, and customer service, and cultivate positive relationships across levels of the organization.

The role emphasizes leadership, team development, and proactive communication to drive continual improvement and compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs/32 kgs.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Management experience - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensure all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Establishes a positive, team-oriented work environment and continuous improvement.
• Implements personal development plans for department personnel.
• Ensures orientation, training, and coaching for staff.
