Job summary

UPS seeks a supervisory leader to oversee safety, production, and attendance, while developing teams and maintaining high standards of accuracy, customer service, and organization. The position emphasizes leadership, safety compliance, and the development of employees through coaching and structured training programs, in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred.
• Management experience - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures safety policies and procedures are followed at all times in compliance with requirements.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment with pro-active communication and continual improvement.
• Provides coaching and development plans for department personnel.
