Job summary

Performance Food Group's Performance Foodservice is seeking a Warehouse Order Selector in Springfield, MO. You will select cases and other items from multi-level racks, place pallets on a pallet jack, and prep orders for shipment, adhering to safety and quality standards.

The role starts Sunday through Thursday with 3 PM start times and pay potential up to $37 per hour after training; opportunities for growth, benefits from day one, and a supportive environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to work scheduled/assigned shifts, including required overtime.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift 10-35 lbs regularly and up to 60-100 lbs.
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments (dry, cooler, freezer).
• Ability to pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Ability to become EPJ certified within the new-hire training period.
• Ability to complete required training independently.

Responsibilities

• Follow all preferred work methods and safety policies; keep area safe and report hazards.
• Review work schedule and prepare supplies; perform pallet jack safety checks.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location guidance.
• Place pallets on the pallet jack and navigate multi-level racks to locate products.
• Transport completed orders to shipping dock and wrap for staging as needed.
• Complete equipment checks and paperwork; end-of-shift housekeeping and safety duties.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
