Job summary

Performance Foodservice in Springfield, MO is seeking a Warehouse Order Selector to pick cases from a multi-level rack system and prepare orders for shipping using an electric pallet jack. You will place pallets on the loading dock and wrap as needed, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The night shift runs Sunday–Thursday starting at 4 PM, with 8–10 hour days. Pay potential reaches $37 per hour after training, with Day 1 benefits and growth opportunities within the Performance

Qualifications

• Able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Able to lift 10–35 lbs regularly and up to 60–100 lbs as required.
• Able to work in dry, cooler and freezer environments.
• Able to pass post-offer drug test and background check.
• Able to complete required training independently.

Responsibilities

• Select cases and containers to fill customer orders from warehouse storage.
• Place pallets on pallet jack and move to loading dock for shipment.
• Ensure safety standards and quality requirements are met.
• Assist with equipment checks and paperwork at shift end.
