Job summary

JORI Logistics in Houston, TX is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to support warehouse operations and North American transportation.

You will coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, maintain inventory accuracy, and manage freight bookings while delivering excellent customer service. The role requires experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, freight coordination, and strong communication in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory management, and freight coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to perform physical warehouse duties as required.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Experience coordinating cross-border freight shipments.
• Forklift Certification.
• TDG Certification.
• Experience working directly with freight carriers and transportation providers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Arrange and coordinate LTL, FTL, and courier shipments across North America.
• Schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers and customers; monitor progress and provide updates.
• Prepare and review shipping documentation for domestic and cross-border movements.
• Collaborate with warehouse, transportation, customer service, accounting, and procurement teams to ensure seamless operations.
