Jotun Paints Inc. in Houston, TX, is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage and optimize warehouse and logistics activities, ensuring safe operations and adherence to HSEQ standards.

You will coordinate with Planners, Supervisors, Production and Customer Service to confirm product availability, dispatch timelines and on-time delivery, while maintaining 5S and accurate KPI reporting. The role emphasises teamwork, DOT EPA guidelines familiarity, and experience with 3PL providers, SAP/IFS

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• High-School education.
• Logistics/Warehousing experience.
• Experience working in team environments.
• Transport planning experience.
• DOT Certification.
• Familiarization with EPA guidelines.
• Experience working with 3PL service providers.
• Marine industry experience (vessels).
• IFS/SAP knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with Planners, Supervisors and Production and Customer Service by following up on product availability, dispatch timelines and forecasts to ensure on-time customer orders.
• Support delivering the right order to customers on or before the agreed delivery date to achieve OTIF and IDP targets.
• Plan and organize customer deliveries by scheduling with respective departments to ensure on-time delivery and high service levels.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Workers to ensure proper storage and distribution of products.
• Reporting, monitoring and analysis of warehouse/logistics KPIs.
• Maintain 5S standards within the warehouse and ensure cleanliness, product standards and designated areas.

Connaissances
