Job summary

PepsiCo in Lima, Ohio is seeking a warehouse associate to unload trucks, stock pallets, and prepare goods for delivery. You will lift cases weighing 20–45 pounds repeatedly and perform housekeeping tasks to keep the site clean and safe.

Work may include weekend and holiday shifts. Candidates should be able to pass a forklift driving skills test and meet basic qualification requirements.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older; 21 years or older if Valid U.S. CDL Required
• Pass the physical capabilities test (if applicable)
• Must be able to pass Forklift Driving Skills test
• Valid U.S. CDL license (if required)
• Pass DOT physical and DOT Road Test (if applicable)
• Ability to communicate effectively in English if CDL required

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks delivering finished products to the warehouse.
• Store products in designated warehouse space.
• Load empty pallets and plastic storage flats for return transport.
• Position pre-made, multi-product pallets on local delivery trucks.
• Perform housekeeping duties including recycling plastic and cleaning.
• Lift cases weighing 20–45 pounds repeatedly; move products through warehouse.
• Occasional weekend and/or holiday work.
