Job summary

PepsiCo in Lima, OH is seeking a Warehouse Picker (Loader) to hand-build pallets for bulk and route trucks, using forklift or electronic pallet jack. You will follow load sheets, ensure order accuracy, and prepare pallets for shipment.

You may load/unload pallets, wrap loads, and stage them for trucks while maintaining safety and cleanliness. This role requires lifting 20–45 pounds repeatedly and working across varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience working in a warehouse environment is helpful.
• Experience operating powered equipment (forklift, pallet jack) is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Drive power pallet jack or forklift to picking area and build pallet/load according to load sheet or voice pick audio equipment (if applicable)
• Mark load ticket for out of stock items
• Wrap pallet when pallet/load is finished
• Stage pallet and/or load into truck when ready
• Complete partial pallets and put away mixed pallets
• Maintain proper housekeeping standards in work area
• Regular, reliable, predictable attendance
