Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Warehouse Operator to unload transport trucks and stock finished products in the warehouse. You will load pallets and shells for return trips, place loaded pallets on local delivery trucks, and perform housekeeping duties to maintain cleanliness.

The role requires lifting 20–45 lb cases repeatedly, with periods of standing, bending, and climbing. A forklift driving skills test and related certifications may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ (21+ with CDL)
• Pass physical capabilities test
• Pass Forklift Driving Skills test
• Valid US CDL (if required)
• Pass DOT physical/road test (if applicable)
• English communication if CDL required

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift safely and orderly
• Receive and store items per warehouse standards
• Maintain safe, orderly storage of all items
• Keep assigned area clean (yard/warehouse)
• Reload route trucks promptly and safely
• Sort/store partial cases returned on routes
• Maintain daily check-list records (pre-trip inspections)
• Comply with GMPs, safety and food safety standards
• May work with production equipment/tools
• Meet performance/productivity standards
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance
