Savannah Logistics Group is seeking a Warehouse Customer Service Representative in Pooler, GA. You will handle inquiries, process orders, and support customers with a courteous, efficient approach.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office and warehousing systems. You will liaise between customers, the warehouse, and transportation teams to ensure accurate invoicing and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Google Docs/Sheets; Excel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers by phone, email, or in person to receive or modify orders.
• Process and input customer orders and verify inventory availability.
• Handle billing or service complaints and coordinate investigation where needed.
• Prepare required paperwork and maintain customer files.
• Coordinate urgent shipping requests with transportation teams.
• Provide order tracking and notify customers of status changes.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
• Maintain courteous relationships with customers and report feedback to management.
• Serve as liaison between warehouse and customer on invoicing and credit changes.
• Perform general clerical duties and assist visitors as needed.
