Job summary

Employee Magnets, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented coordinator to manage order processing, fulfillment, and customer service from our Lewisville, TX facility. You will respond to internal and external inquiries and work with receiving, depot, planner and shipping to meet delivery expectations.

The role requires accurate data entry, basic Excel skills, and the ability to troubleshoot ordering systems. A bilingual English/Spanish candidate is a plus and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of general office experience; 1–2 years in customer service preferred.
  • Intermediate computer experience.
  • Medium to advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
  • Works well in a team and communicates order processing flows to all associates.
  • Attention to detail to identify order discrepancies and resolve issues.
  • Knowledge of computer ordering systems and ability to troubleshoot as needed.
  • Hands-on, ambitious, and goal-oriented with teamwork.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

Job description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of orders processing, fulfillment and customer services. Ensure timely response to internal/external customers' requests and achieve customer satisfaction goals.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Assist in the daily aspects of order processing, fulfillment, and customer service.
  • Provide quick and accurate responses to interoffice emails and emails from customers.
  • Work with different departments, like receiving, depot, planner and shipping to fulfill the customer's requests in a timely manner.
  • Provide estimate delivery time if the request can't be made on time
  • Assist to verify OSD & exception handling cases to feedback to customers.
Warehouse Efficiencies
  • Builds and maintains a work environment that is positive and is supported by open feedback and two-way communications at all levels.
  • Keeps the warehouse organized and clean at all times.
  • Lift and move trays up to 20 lbs
Team Building/Leadership
  • Responsible for maintaining a positive work environment while supporting the company's culture.
  • Responsible for fostering a healthy and safe work environment, focusing on the well-being of all associates.
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Should have at least one year of general office experience. Prefer one to two years of customer service experience.
  • Intermediate computer experience is required.
  • Medium and above Excel skill for data analysis.
  • Works well with a team and exhibits effective communication skills essential to providing instructions and suggestions about order processing flows to all associates including management.
  • Pays close attention to detail to identify order discrepancies and resolve issues with variances.
  • Possesses clear knowledge of computer ordering systems and has ability to navigate and troubleshoot computer systems as necessary.
  • Needs to be hands-on with ambition and drive to succeed - Makes things happen.
  • Goal oriented and must be accustomed to achieving results through teamwork.
  • Being bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus.
Working Conditions

Must be able to tolerate moderate to high noise levels in a warehouse environment. Office and outside environmental conditions found in the warehouse, hot in the summer, cold in the winter. Individuals may need to walk for an extensive period of time while working and walking the facilities; to reach over shoulder heights; bend or stoop below the waist; repetitive wrist, hand, or finger movement.
