Qualifications

• Minimum one-year of timeshare sales experience within last 2 years.
• Proficiency in English.
• Active Real Estate License where required by law; background/drug screening may apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales presentations to Owners and guests.
• Build rapport and follow up on referrals and leads.
• Ensure accurate paperwork and financing information for closings.
