Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months cash handling experience preferred.
• One year of customer service in banking or retail preferred.
• Completion of ChoiceOne’s Retail Advancement Program (RAP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service to clients.
• Build relationships by recommending deposit, loan, and other banking products.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit and lending products.
• Drive sales through a disciplined sales process.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
