Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of customer service/cash handling experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must have smartphone (iOS or Android) that supports IT security features.

Responsabilidades

• Processes all teller line transactions at a proficient level, including deposits, loan payments, checks, and official checks.
• Counts and balances the cash drawer daily and resolves discrepancies.
• Follows BSA/AML/OFAC policies and reports suspicious activity.
• Maintains confidentiality of bank information and acts with integrity.
• Engages customers to assess needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Assists customers with routine questions and account maintenance requests.
• Progressively learns vault transactions, end-of-day processing, and teller-line operations.
• Supports testing of security alarms and completes required reports.
