Job summary

PDS Health is seeking a Dental Assistant in Utah to support clinicians in delivering the Perfect Patient Experience (PPE) and building a Patient for Life (PFL). You will assist with patient care, chairside procedures, and front-office collaboration to ensure efficient and compassionate dental services.

Responsibilities include preparing patients for treatment, assisting with radiographs, maintaining sterile environments, and supporting the team in daily huddles and meetings.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to high school diploma or GED, and required state-mandated certification/training.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation in some cases.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist clinicians with patient care and office tasks to support PPE.
• Escort patients and coordinate with front/back office for smooth scheduling.
• Maintain sterilization, prepare treatment rooms, and assist with radiographs as directed.
• Record patient information accurately in digital chart and ensure compliance with policies.
