Job summary

PDS Health is seeking a Dental Assistant to support clinicians in delivering the Perfect Patient Experience (PPE) and Patient for Life (PFL). You will assist with patient prep, radiographs, sterilization, and charting while maintaining a clean, cheerful operatory.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, plus state-required certification training. Travel between offices may be required; a valid driver’s license is preferred. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to high school diploma or GED, and state-mandated training courses for certification/licensure.
• One-year certificate from an accredited college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for treatment and assist the dentist to provide efficient, quality dental care.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments and maintain operatory cleanliness according to infection control guidelines.
• Record patient charts and clinician notes in the digital patient chart.
• Complete radiographs and intra-oral photos as directed; assist with tray setups and supply management.
• Support the PPE process to deliver the Perfect Patient Experience and improve patient satisfaction.
