Job summary

PDS Health is seeking a Dental Assistant to support clinicians and deliver the Perfect Patient Experience (PPE), creating Patients for Life. You will prepare patients, assist with examinations, radiographs, and charting, while maintaining a clean, sterile environment and coordinating with the front office.

Role includes collaboration with specialty teams, complying with state regulations, and traveling between offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to high school diploma or GED with state-mandated certification/licensure.
• Specialty Dental Assistants must have a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance; travel to multiple offices.
• One-year certificate from a accredited college or technical school preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support PPE and patient experiences to build Patients for Life.
• Assist dentist and prepare patients for treatment, including radiographs as directed.
• Maintain sterile operatorys and adhere to infection control guidelines.
• Record charting in the digital patient chart and coordinate with front/back office.
• Manage supplies and equipment and assist with daily huddles and meetings.
