Hyatt Vacation Club at Desert Oasis is seeking a Sales Executive Trainee NE (TS Exp.) to engage prospective Owners and convert leads into sales, while maintaining high service standards. You will reload Owners and pursue referrals, with a focus on personalized experiences and accurate paperwork.

The role requires evenings or weekends as needed, strong English communication, and adherence to company guidelines.

Qualifications

• English proficiency required.
• Minimum one year of timeshare sales experience in the last two years.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Teams.
• Active real estate license where required by law.
• Background and drug screening may be required by policy.

Responsibilities

• Give sales presentations to Owners and guests following the consultative process.
• Build rapport and identify needs to tailor the sales pitch and close sales.
• Explain financing options and walk through ownership steps.
