Strong product knowledge will support compliant, customer-centric service. In this on-site role, you will handle cash and digital payments, adhere to policies, and work hours may include weekends and evenings as branch needs require.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 6 months experience processing transactions (cash/digital).
• 1 year customer experience, recommending and referring products/services.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in lobbies and assist with mobile app/ATM usage for simple transactions.
• Provide personalized advice and connect customers to Bankers for next steps.
• Educate customers on Citizens products and policies; ensure cash handling and local regulations are followed.
