Job summary

BRABAZON PUMPE COMPANY LTD is seeking a Telemarketer to make outbound calls and generate sales opportunities. You will follow prepared scripts to persuade prospects to purchase products or services and collaborate with the Sales Manager to set goals and refine scripts.

Expect to handle about 100 calls daily and target approximately 2 qualified appointments per day, with on-site training provided to deepen knowledge of offerings and services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Pleasant and polite telephone manner.
• Able to effectively communicate with people of varying backgrounds.
• Self-motivated with strong customer service.
• Ability to multi-task and work with internal/external parties.
• Energetic and persuasive while remaining diplomatic.

Responsibilities

• Use scripts to persuade individuals to purchase a product or service.
• Aim for 100 calls per day and about 2 appointments per day.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager to set telemarketing goals and scripts.
• Modify scripts to address customer needs and interests.
• Answer questions and provide product/service information.
• Receive on-site training to learn offerings.
• Record customer information in the CRM system.
• Compile leads from directories and vendors.
• Follow up on initial contacts via phone, email, and other channels.
• Quote small maintenance agreements after phone discussions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
