Job summary

The Valley District is growing and needs an energetic, organized Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruiting team. You’ll guide candidates from first contact through screenings, interviews, licensing, and placement with Farmers Insurance agencies.

This fast-paced role requires outreach, organization, and ownership to move candidates through the process while collaborating with agency owners, recruiters, and district leadership.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, motivated, and organized; enjoys helping people.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting phone screenings.
• Experience with ATS/digital recruiting tools.
• Strong communication skills across phone, text, email, and video.

Responsibilities

• Source and connect with candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Review applications and identify candidates who align with opportunities.
• Conduct high-volume phone screenings and evaluate qualifications.
• Schedule and coordinate virtual and in-person interviews.
• Maintain candidate profiles and interview notes in Workable.
• Track recruiting activity, licensing progress, placements, and hires.
• Re-engage strong candidates for future opportunities.
