The Valley District is seeking an energetic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruiting team in California. You will guide candidates from first contact through licensing and placement, coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate records with Workable.

Ideal candidates are outgoing, organized, and people-focused, with experience in high-volume recruiting and strong relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to source and assess candidates through multiple channels.
• Strong communication skills across phone, text, and email.
• Experience engaging with diverse candidate pools and scheduling interviews.

Responsibilities

• Source and connect with candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct high-volume phone screenings and evaluate qualifications.
• Schedule and coordinate virtual and in-person interviews.
• Maintain candidate profiles and pipeline stages in the ATS.
• Support candidates through licensing and placement processes.
